Mike Liebenstein
A scholarship to Notre Dame launched my career. I began in production control at a manufacturer, gaining expertise in inventory management. After transitioning to an automotive supplier, I rose to plant manager in just two years. Over 15 years, the company grew from $20 million to over $200 million in sales, opening three new plants. Next, I led a successful relocation of a struggling UK factory to China for a manufacturing director role. Seeking higher quality, we then moved operations back to Taiwan, another successful venture I oversaw. These experiences exposed me to diverse manufacturing disciplines and built strong contacts in Southeast Asia. Our team's talent ensures we can meet all your manufacturing needs.

Jose Ignacio Maldonado Arriola has a background and extensive experience in the automobile industry and injection molding operations in USA and Mexico, With a master's degree in productivity and quality, along with over 30 years of experience, he seems well-equipped to lead teams and execute successful projects in the plastic parts sector for the automotive industry. His ability to actively engage and support various departments like Sales, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing is crucial for ensuring on-time launches, stable manufacturing processes, and overall customer satisfaction. he emphasizes the importance of teamwork, efficient operations, and maintaining a positive work environment to achieve success in his projects.
John Robert Burt
John Robert Burt is a seasoned engineering leader with over 25 years of experience. He excels in design, tooling, automation, and manufacturing, bringing innovative products to market. He has a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and achieving continuous improvement. John's strong business sense and customer focus have resulted in exceeding expectations and significant cost reductions. His leadership skills and ability to motivate teams have earned him the respect of his colleagues.
